When Customers Receive License Match errors


Occasionally, a customer may receive a "license match" error, when trying to use Pivotier for the first time. This error is generally caused by a mismatch of customer name or license numbers between Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Pivotier products. If you look at the Pivotier Setup>About tab you can see the information in the Pivotier license file and this should match your Tool> License Information in NAV.

The simplest way to correct this issue is to submit a request for a new license from the Pivotier support team at Jet Reports with your customer's flf file, or a copy of the header portion of the Tool>License Information window as shown below.
