Login failing when running a Pivotier report

There are 2 logins defined in Pivotier Setup:

1. A login on the General tab which is used by Pivotier to read data from the NAV SQL Server database and also to create SQL Views and Stored Procedures in this database. 


This login must have:
a) SQL Server authentication and NOT Windows Authentication

b) db_owner or sysadmin permissions to allow the creation of views and stored procedures


2. A login on the Reporting Services tab which MUST be a Windows authenticated login to the domain and server where SSRS is installed with  full administrator rights to SSRS.
