When attempting to login to your Jet Mobile website, you encounter the following error message:
"The Jet Service Tier endpoint information is insufficient for the Jet Mobile Service to open a connection. Please contact your system administrator."
First, open a Windows Explorer instance and navigate to your 'Jet Mobile Service' folder within Program Files (x86).
Once found, right-click on the file and open it with Notepad (you may need to associate .config files with Notepad, or use the 'Choose another app' option
When opened in Notepad, locate the section highlighted in red below and ensure that the configuration is setup correctly.
Once you've adjusted the settings in the file, save the file and close it. As a last step, you will need to restart the website via IIS
