Some versions of C/Front (that part of the NAV SDK that handles communications between Jet Essentials and NAV 2009 R2 and earlier) do not support having the Navision License file (fin.flf) in locations other than the client directory. If you receive this message, you will need to;
- Open Excel
- Click Jet, Options
- Select the "Datasources" tab
- Make sure that the field "Local Navision License File" is blank
- Verify that the fin.flf file is in your Navision client folder.
