Error: Pivotier.exe (DLL) is not installed

Sometimes when you run Pivotier.exe on your Microsoft Dynamics NAV client computer, Windows will block the registration of the dll. Then you will get the error "Pivotier.exe (DLL) is not installed error."

To fix this, try:

  1. Ensure that NAV is not open on the client machine.
  2. Un-install Pivotier on the client machine using the Windows Control Panel.
Re-install Pivotier, but this time right click on the Pivotier.exe file and chose "Run As Administrator."
